Yuma County John Doe was a man whose skeletal remains were discovered in a mountainous region near Wellton, Arizona on January 5, 1979. Officers from the Phoenix Police Department reportedly removed the left femur from the scene, but they have since returned it to the Yuma County Sheriff's Office.
