Yolo County Jane Doe was a girl found in a wooden box in Winters, California, on December 3, 1907. Based on her clothing, she appeared to be from a wealthy family, and the tags had been scratched off the box. She died of a genetic disease, and it is believed her family dumped her body to avoid negative attention on them.
