Xiaoqi John Doe was the seventh victim of the "The Henan Gay Murderer", a nickname used to describe Chinese serial killer Li Zhanguo, who raped and mutilated 11 mentally disabled teenagers and young adults before being arrested and executed.
The victim was found dead in a canal and investigators reasoned that he may have been a mental patient based on screws inserted into his hands.
