Template:UIDWitek Doe or Witek Dziedziecki is the alias of an unknown man who was admitted into a hospital in 2006 after experiencing chest pains. Due to severe developmental disabilities, he was unable to check out of the hospital and later that year became a ward of the state.
Caretakers believe he had been dropped off by someone, possibly related to him, who could no longer care for him and his special needs.
He is believed to be Romanian or Polish. And has stated that he believed himself to be from New York, however, name searches in the area have never brought anything to light.
