Wilmington John Doe was a young man found strangled in 1973. He is believed to be one of Randy Steven Kraft's victims.

Case

The victim had been strangled and was left naked on the side of a California road. While he never confessed, serial killer Randy Kraft is believed to be responsible for the victim's death, as the victim was sodomized with a sock, which was one of Kraft's signature traits.

Another suspected victim of Kraft was found in the same city later that year.

Characteristics

• Brown hair.
• Brown eyes.
• Several long, thin scars on his lower right leg.
• Type A blood.
