William Lee "Willie" Carter was a man whose partial remains were found in a wooded area near the Bluegrass Valley Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia.
He was identified after a Doe Network member submitted him as a possible match and the match was confirmed by Roswell Police Department in March 2022.
