Washington County John Doe was a man who was found unresponsive in his seat after boarding a transit bus at a homeless shelter. While the bus driver had been alerted that he was ill and required medical attention, the bus proceeded on its route nonetheless. Additionally, the decedent had been seen boarding with two other individuals at the same shelter, though they would depart without him during the period between the driver being alerted and the discovery of the decedent. There was no type of identification on the deceased save for a single fraudulent ID. 18 men have been ruled out as the decedent.
