"Peter J. Turner" was the alias used by a man who died of a heart attack in 2005. He also used the names "Roger S. Smith", "Harold Frysinger", and "Gerald Brown."

Case[]

The man had a heart attack at a store in San Angelo. He was rushed to a hospital, where he died a short time later. He is believed to be a transient and had several ID's containing four different aliases. His fingerprints were altered, perhaps intentionally.

It was speculated that the man was Elmer Crawford, an Australian who killed his pregnant wife and three children in 1970, but DNA tests proved otherwise.
