Thelma Horlock Hill (born February 18, 1927) was a woman whose remains were found caught in a pile of logs and partially buried in the sand on the banks of the Missouri River in Kansas City, Missouri. Police believe the body had washed up in the location it was found in from the river and had spent a considerable amount of time in the water.

She was identified by Othram in May 2025.
