Thaddeus Keegan Bradley was a man whose skeletal remains were found in Willits, California in 2021.
He was identified in April 2023. Thaddeus was said to lead a transient lifestyle.
Case
The victim's remains were found in creek bed beneath the US Route 101 Arnold Overpass. The remains were found with the book; The Book of Thoth by Alastair Crowley, which is about the possibility of using sexual experimentation to access magical capabilities. There was also evidence of a homeless camp near where the victim was found.
Due to the presence of feminine clothing on his body, it was suspected that he may have been transgender or genderfluid. Upon identification, it doesn't appear Thaddeus identified as transgender.
While his cause of death was initially ruled an overdose due to a toxicology report showing he had methamphetamine in his system at the time, this was later retracted due to the presence of extensive skeletal trauma making his actual cause of death unable to be conclusively determined.
