Actually this one looks to me like a Nazi swastika, not Asian (most of those I've seen were not positioned vertically like this one, which is a classic example of Nazi Hakenkreuz). However it does not mean this Doe had to be associated with any Nazi enviromnent, numeous gang members\bikers have swastika tattoo or have it sewn on their clothes as a gang sign or just as a 'cool accessory', with little understanding of what's the actual meaning behind this sign.
