Summit County John Doe was a man whose remains were found under heavy brush by a Forest Park Ranger in rural Summit County, Utah.
Case[]
The victim was found with a gunshot wound, and his body had been extensively chewed by animals. It is believed the victim may have been in prison in Arizona or Colorado. There is a suspect in his case; an inmate in Utah State Prison confessed that he and a partner robbed and shot several men and this John Doe was believed to have been a possible victim in the spree based on his confession.
