St. Louis Jane Doe was a newborn girl who was found in a trash can at Carondelet Park on May 13, 1971. Her cause of death was from suffocation, although the manner of death could not be determined.

She was buried in St. Matthews Cemetery in St. Louis on June 11, 1971.
