"Sheila" or "Shela" was the possible name of a woman that Samuel Little confessed to murdering in Los Angeles, California, in 1996. Her remains have not been found or matched to an existing case.

Case[]

Sometime in November 2018, Samuel Little confessed to murdering a woman in Los Angeles, California, in 1996. He met her at a hamburger stand, and she was accompanied by a "masculine-looking" lesbian woman, who Little claimed was her girlfriend. He gave both women a ride and scheduled to meet with "Sheila" again.

At about 4:00 p.m. the next day, Little met the woman at the hamburger stand. She was wearing a black dress and was a "blood." When they were inside his car, Little strangled the woman to death and put her body in the trunk of his car. He drove to a nearby 7-11 convenience store with a field next to it, where he left her body. Little stated he believed her body was discovered the next day due to her being near a busy store.

Between 1970-2005, Little killed up to 90 women who were involved in drugs or prostitution. He has been convicted of eight murders in three states and linked to sixty-one additional murders. While this victim's body has not been recovered or confirmed, all of Little's confessions are considered credible. The investigation into Little's crimes is ongoing despite his death on December 30, 2020.
