Shaun Daniel Brauner (July 19, 1958 - June 1986) was a man whose remains were found in a wooded area in Ida Township, Michigan, in October 1986.

He was identified by Othram in March 2025.

Brauner was last seen alive by family in June 1986. It was suspected that he had been murdered by Ronald Wnuk, a man who was renting a property from Brauner.

Wnuk was arrested and charged with Brauner's murder in 1989, but argued the killing was in self-defence, after he and Brauner had an argument about a broken furnace and unpaid rent. Wnuk was acquitted after a jury trial in 1990.
