Seven was the name given to a woman located in Chicago in 1976. She reportedly suffered from amnesia and eventually, dementia. She died in 2015.
Case
After she was initially discovered, the woman resided at the St. Francis Catholic Workers House in Chicago after suffering from amnesia.
In 2003, she was found wandering the streets of Chicago, suffering from complications from diabetes. She claimed to be a "lifelong Cubs fan" and may have spent time in Indiana.
Seven's fingerprints were unusable.
She died on November 18, 2015, at the approximate age of 71-80.
