San Diego County John Doe was an infant who was found on the side of Highway 67, 2 miles east of Poway, California in 1967.

The decedent was discovered wrapped in a faded blanket and faded bath towel in a rock crevice near a highway rest stop on Highway 67.
Investigators believe the infant was about a week old and died from a skull fracture. However, it is unknown how he suffered the skull fracture and whether he was dead at the time he was placed between the rocks.
