Sally Ann Hines (1959 - c. 2017) was a woman whose head was found in Louisiana.

She was identified in May 2021.

Disappearance[]

Hines had gone missing in Antonio, Texas on December 14, 2017. Her husband claims when he woke up, she was gone. At the time she went missing, she was in an abusive relationship with her husband. Her family tried to get her back home, but she refused. She also had multiple mental health issues and took street drugs to self-medicate.

Case[]

Hines' head was discovered in a plastic bag near Lake Houston and the Sabine National Wildlife Refuge. No other remains were located. There was no visible trauma, besides the decapitation.

Her case may be related to Harris County Jane Doe (2018) due to similar circumstances.
