Rosann Stegall (née: Hammer) (July 30, 1933 - c. February 1999) was a woman whose body was found in the Gulf of Mexico near Grand Isle, Louisiana. She had been shot in the chest and weighed down by a 40 pound concrete block. She had vanished from her home near Florissant, Missouri the same month, but the cases were not connected due to the distance and incongruent age range.
