Robert Ralph Higgins was a man whose remains were found in a park in 2016. He was identified in August 2022 with assistance from the Parabon NanoLabs.
Higgins was last seen by a member of the local police department, who took a photograph during a wellness check. Although no cause of death was determined, it is presumed the decedent's declining health contributed significantly to his demise.
Characteristics[]
- Gray hair.
- Had severe arthritis.
- Deformed left hip.
- Healed injuries to the face, arms, and legs.
- Surgical plates in the right ulna and radius.
According to the Parabon NanoLabs Snapshot phenotype report, the following characteristics were estimated:
- Black to brown hair.
- Brown or hazel eyes.
- Freckles.
Clothing[]
- Gray boxer Gildan underwear, size L.
- Black Miykon wrist watch that had gold colored trim with a black leather band.
