Virginia Higgins-Ray was a woman who died from injuries from an accidental fall. She was a patient at a psychiatric hospital when the accident occurred; she was schizophrenic and was unable to communicate her name.
FHD Forensics has done genetic genealogy on her case and discovered she has many close relatives in North Carolina. She was identified after her daughter reached out after hearing about her death.
