Case[]
In June 1986, a fisherman discovered a human skull on the banks of the Delaware River near the Morrisville Boat Ramp. Living in Buckingham Township, the fisherman brought the skull to the Buckingham Township Police Department. Given the condition of the remains and the absence of any related remains, investigators faced limited options to identify or describe any physical characteristics of the individual.
With assistance from Othram, detectives determined that the skull belonged to Richard Thomas Alt, who was 31 years old when his parents reported him missing to the Trenton Police Department in early 1985. The last verified sighting of Richard occurred by his parents on December 24th, 1984.
