Ramsey Rioux was a teenage boy who ran away from his foster home in Vancouver, British Columbia, with his companion, Kenneth Lutz in late 1989. Rioux was discovered months later, in a wooded area and remained unidentified until 1998, after DNA testing confirmed a match. His remains were initially believed to have belonged to a teenage girl until advanced forensic tests were performed. Lutz' remains were eventually located in the same area.
