Pulaski County Doe was a child or teen whose partial skull was found in 2013 in Dixon, Missouri. The sex of the person was not possible to estimate. The date of death is estimated to have been between 1967 and 1972, the child had been there for at least one year if the estimated postmortem interval is inaccurate.

The skull was found in a wooded area with no mandible attached. Because the sex could not be determined, the face was reconstructed as both a male and female. Anthropology analysis on the skull indicated the person was likely of Mestizo ancestry.
