Presidente Franco John Doe was a man who was found laying 100 meters away from a road in the Las Carmelitas neighborhood of Presidente Franco, Paraguay.
Case[]
On the afternoon of 3 August 2009, residents of the Las Carmelitas neighborhood discovered a body lying 100 meters away from a road that connects the city of Presidente Franco and the Cedrales district near Colonia Península. Upon investigation, police discovered the man was handcuffed, had his eyes covered with gray packing tape, and had been shot in the back of his head three times. His death was quickly ruled a homicide, and a detective suspects that his death may have been an act of revenge or "settling the scores". Despite this, no further leads have been established in his case since his discovery.
