"Phillip Wayne Gordon" was the name used by a man who died in hospital after being found unresponsive on a bus bench in Los Angeles, California. An acquaintance provided the name and said the decedent was from Oklahoma, however an investigation found a Phillip Wayne Gordon who was born and died in Oklahoma in 1943, it is believed he may have been using the deceased infant's identity.
