New Scandia Jane Doe was a woman whose severed head was discovered in Minnesota in 1993. A foot was found 20 miles away soon after her head was located, which is presumed to belong to the same person. The rest of the body was never found.
She is undergoing testing by the DNA Doe Project.
Characteristics[]
- Short dark brown to black hair, possibly worn in a spiked pattern.
- Brown eyes.
- Both ears pierced three times.
- Small amount of red nail polish on the 4-5th toenails.
