Wanda Floyd was a woman who was found floating in the backwaters of the Flint Creek and Tennessee River near the Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge.
She was identified by Moxxy Forensic Investigations in December 2022.
Case
On the morning of July 31st, 2020, a fisherman was boating in the backwaters of the Flint Creek and Tennessee River when he spotted what he believed to be a body in the water. The authorities were called and the woman's body was recovered from the water. Her DNA was compared with Wanda Floyd's after investigators considered a possible match.
