Case[]
U.S Coast Guards found the decedent floating near the industrialized peninsula of Jones Island: Pier #5 in downtown Milwaukee. Coast Guards found a pair of abandoned crutches in a barrel on the pier. However, it's unknown if the crutches belonged to her.
The decedent was intoxicated and had a blood alcohol of 0.13.
