"Michael Sydney Hill" was the possible name of a man who was pronounced dead at a reported friend's house in Phoenix, Arizona.
The decedent was reportedly from the United Kingdom, and had come to Phoenix to visit a friend. The friend, who was also from the United Kingdom, had stated that the unknown man was a friend who he had not seen in about 20 years. When the man arrived, he had no belongings besides the clothes he was wearing. He left the friend's house and returned four hours later, with his clothes soiled. The friend threw away his old clothes and gave him a new set. The decedent then claimed he wasn't feeling well and laid down in a guest bedroom. He began to convulse a short time later and was unresponsive afterwards. Paramedics arrived on the scene and pronounced him dead at the location. The decedent had no formal identification with him.
