McLean County Jane Doe (also known as Bloomington Jane Doe) was a woman who died by suicide in 1982 in Illinois. Witnesses who saw her before her death stated she appeared mentally ill. Two individuals also came forward, claiming they picked her up while hitchhiking.

She is currently undergoing testing by Moxxy Forensic Investigations.


After the discovery of the body, one of the keys on a keychain found in her possession was traced back to a locksmith in New York City and had an address on it. However, investigators discovered that the address did not exist. Her cigarette packets could also be traced back to southwestern Illinois and southeastern Indiana.


  • Graying black hair.
  • Light brown or hazel eyes.
  • Olive complexion.
  • Top front teeth were crowded, and one tooth protruded.
  • Had receding gums, which may have been caused by overbrushing her teeth or brushing them too hard.
  • Unlikely that she was ever pregnant.
  • Smoker.
  • Possible history of mental illness.

  • One white sock on her right foot and one grey sock on her left foot.
  • Brown eyelet earth shoes (size 8-9).


  • A pack of Now cigarettes and another of Pall Mall cigarettes.
    • These were traced back to southwestern Illinois and southeastern Indiana through tax stamps, although the respective states were not specified according to the brand.
  • A small amount of United States currency.
  • Gray Bic lighter.
  • M&M peanut candy.
  • A key chain with seven keys.
    • The keys were traced back to New York City.
