Discovery[]
The victim was found lying on his stomach 15 miles north of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, on April 18, 1983. His head, hands, and genitals were missing and never recovered. The site was 50 feet off Logging Road 70000 on the property of Weyerhaeuser Inc. and ten miles north of the intersection of Highways 3 and 98.
Investigation[]
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is examining the victim's case. They depicted him as the Three of Clubs in their first series of Cold Case playing cards.
