Maureen Therese Sherman (February 23, 1938 - May 1, 1985) was a woman whose remains were found in the back seat of her sunken 1983 Plymouth Reliant in a canal in Miami, Florida, in 2024.
Although the remains were strongly suspected to belong to her at the time of discovery, they were only positively identified around January 2025. Sherman had threatened to drive her car into the canal where she was found shortly before she disappeared from her home alongside the vehicle in 1985.
