Macomb County Doe was an individual whose precisely-cut chunks of flesh and fatty tissue were located in a sewer in Michigan. There had been two other incidents the previous year where large quantities of human flesh were located in sewers that belong to the same plumbing system.

The involved sewage system is so extensive that determining the remains' exact entry point into it is extremely difficult.
Authorities believe that Macomb County Doe and the other two people may still be alive and that the flesh and tissue may just be improperly-disposed-of waste from surgeries that they underwent. Still, the possibility that the three individuals were murdered (possibly by the same serial killer) has not been ruled out.
