Lazaro Figueroa (October 17, 1987 - October 31, 1990), nicknamed "Baby Lollipops" due to the shirt he was wearing while unidentified, was a toddler found murdered in Miami Beach, Florida. He had undergone severe physical abuse and was suffering from untreated meningitis before he was ultimately beaten to death.
He was identified approximately a month after his body was found, and his mother and her girlfriend were arrested for his murder. His mother was sentenced to death before her conviction was appealed and she was sentenced to life without parole.
