Kings County Jane Doe was a young woman found deceased on a hillside near the Long Island Railroad Atlantic Terminal - Nostram Avenue train stop, near the intersection of Junius Street and East New York Avenue in Brooklyn.

The New York Academy of Art has provided three different clay reconstructions of the female since 2015.

Characteristics[]

  • Long dark brown hair.
  • Evidence of dental treatment, including visible fillings and signs of a potential history of orthodontics.
  • A noticeable defect (possibly a cavity) on one of her upper-front incisors.
    • This led to the decision for the first rendering to display her mouth partially open.
