Kevin Lynn Capps (February 27, 1962 - April 16, 1992) was a man who was found by firefighters under a fiberglass boat after they responded to a grass fire in the area in West Haven, Utah.
Due to traces of accelerant found at the scene, authorities believe that the fire was intentionally set and that he may have been murdered.
He was identified by Othram in November 2024.
