"John Watkins" was the possible name of a man who was found in the kitchen of an abandoned singe-family house that had burned down in Harvey, Illinois.
He was a known transient that was seen alive earlier in the day and lived in the residence, apparently heating the home by burning charcoal with gasoline. He may have previously lived in Florence, Mississippi.
