Jennifer Lynn "Jenny" Coibion (May 14, 1974 - c. May 22, 1994) was a woman whose remains were found in a shallow grave at an illegal dumping ground in 1995. She was last seen getting into a car with Jan Gruzka, an escaped murderer from Poland.
