James Orin Johnson Sr. was a man found hanging from a tree limb near a railroad line in Ridgefield, Washington. Investigators believe he may have been a transient at the time of his death. His family hadn't heard from him since mid 2001.
He was identified on September 27, 2022, following a collaboration with Bode Technology.
