Jacqueline Danette "Jackie" Ebel (also known by the surnames Palmer and Yonkers) was a woman whose burned body was found in an alleyway in Perris, California, in 1988. She had been reported missing from the Long Beach/Bellflower, California region three days prior.
Othram began working on the case in 2022, announcing her identification in August 2024.

- Tattoo of a horse's head that turns into a flower on rear right shoulder.
- Tattoo of a rose, stem and leaf with the name "Stoney" under it above pubic area.
- Presence of gallstones.
- Enlarged lymph nodes near the liver, indicating possible long-term drug use.
- Atherosclerosis of the arteries to the heart.
