"Israel Ramos Baker" was the possible name of a man who was found during a welfare check at a house in Los Angeles, California. He had been living in the house for over 35 years, his companion who owned the house died in 2008 and all bills and documents that were found in the house were in his companion's name. He had not been seen for over a year and based on items in the house he was last known to have been alive in May 2015.
