Harris County Doe was an individual who was discovered in the Brays Bayou near Mason Park in Houston, Texas. Although the decedent was assigned male at birth, the presence of feminine clothing on their body indicates they may have been transgender.
On February 22, 2022, the Trans Doe Task Force announced that they had partnered with the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences to identify the decedent. In June 2025, they began to conduct genetic genealogy research using a DNA sample obtained by Bode Technology.
