Gary Simpson was a young adult who was discovered in Moss Point, Mississippi. His remains were found after police searched the Dog river after the discovery of Alisha Heinrich. The two cases are not likely related, as this victim had died months or years prior.
He was identified in March 2022 by Othram, Inc.
