"Fred Cowen" or "Fred Evans" may be the possible names for an elderly man found four miles north of Denver, Colorado on February 10, 1941. He was buried at the local Riverside cemetery in Blk 12, Lot 35, Section 275. No headstone is present on his grave. Few details are available in his case.
