Frank E. Connell was a man whose partial skull was found near the Vosburgh Trail near the Hudson River in Coxsackie, New York in 2017.

Frank was reported missing two days after he was last seen at a bar on the evening of April 20, 2007. After he was reported missing, bloodhounds traced his scent to the city boat dock on the Hudson River. Authorities treated Frank's disappearance as non-suspicious despite the unknown circumstances surrounding it.
