"Elliott" (or "Elliot") was the name used by a homeless man who collapsed in a fast food restaurant and later passed away in a Lincolnshire hospital in 2018.

Case[]

At approximately 7 a.m. on 11 April 2018, a homeless man who went by the name of 'Elliott' or 'Elliot' collapsed in a McDonald's restaurant on Queen Street in Boston, Lincolnshire. He was taken to hospital and, for a time, was conscious. However, he refused to give his name to staff members and had no belongings on him that led to his identity. Unfortunately, his condition worsened, and the man died five days later.

Elliott claimed to be from the town of Carlisle in north-west England and to have previously lived in the Netherlands. Police believe he may have a daughter living in the small village of Wrangle, just outside Boston.

He was known to frequent local betting shops, the aforementioned McDonald's restaurant where he regularly conversed with locals, and the Aldi supermarket, also on Queen Street, where he often slept rough.
