Volusia County Doe was an individual who was found wrapped in a blanket and a garbage bag near an intersection on the city limits of Deland, Florida in 2014. The victim is speculated to possibly be transgender based on the clothing found with the body. Isotope tests indicated the individual was native to the local area.
