Emerald Aburahmah (née: Crawford) was a woman whose burned body was found near Deming, New Mexico, in 1982. After her disappearance, her family thought she had left the country with her husband, Sami Aburahmah. Their marriage had been turbulent, and Sami was eventually convicted of her kidnapping.
