The decedent was struck by a 2016 Toyota Tacoma while crossing Cuyamaca Street late in the evening on September 22, 2023. The driver immediately pulled over and called 911. Police arrived at approximately 10:20 PM. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. The decedent had no identification on her, and her fingerprints did not match any records in the system.
